Loved the location in the old city. Great restaurants and historical sights. No air conditioning but high ceilings and beautiful tall windows that can be opened.

Fantastisk hyggeligt lille,hotel, med perfekt beliggenhed. Det kan være svært at finde, for det skilter ikke meget med at det er et hotel. Og receptionen er ikke bemandet ret meget. Men for pokker her er hyggeligt. Og beliggenheden er optimal for t besøge Herford Altstadt

Bra läge. Gratis parkering. Smidig check in. Rymligt rum och överlag väldigt rent. Något mindre toalett. Trots äldre bygge noterades ingen lyhördhet. Sängen var något hård men det är en smaksak. Bra utbud av huvudkuddar. Enkel men fullt adekvat frukost. Väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående personal!

Pit stop on my way to Bavaria

A little difficulty as I arrived, had to phone the reception, well I was with a colleague who spoke German- so we entered after being given a password. If on my own would be a problem as my telephone had stopped- roaming exhausted on the drive. However, all sorted - it would have been easier if there was someone on reception.

Litet fint hotel i klassisk tysk stil! Rent och ordning o reda i gemytlig gammalt nunnekloster från 1600 talet. Vänligt och trevligt bemötande från personalen. Frukosten innehöll allt man behöver för en bra start på dagen
