It was private and intimate. I'm American and came to South Africa to get married to my South African fiance. We got married yesterday and I wanted the perfect honeymoon suite. Two weeks ago I started looking for the perfect honeymoon suite to surprise my new wife but I dont know anything about locations in South Africa. lol. I wanted beachfront view, dog friendly, and a hot tub. So I just googled those filter options. I looked all day but couldnt find anything. The next day I found Kennedy Beach Villa, the only place that had those 3 features. So I booked the Villa. It was the most beautiful place I've ever been too. It was as if we had an entire resort to ourselves. James the overseer was there to cater to our every need. We plan to take many more trips to Kennedy's.

A must stay while in Hermanus!

Absolutely a beautiful property, the view to the sea was stunning. The amenities in the room were "over the top" James was at our "beck and call" and very polite and spoke wonderful English. If we had know how close this property was to the Arabella Golf resort we would have stayed there the entire 5 days. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

Quirky and Unique

Only stayed 2 nights so could not enjoy all of the facilities, i.e. outside bath, hammock in the garden but the room was very comfortable and well supplied for self catering, also well stocked mini bar.

Das Haus ist am schönen Onrusbeach nahe Hermanus gelegen. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel mit direktem Zugang zu einem schönen Terassengarten mit Pavillon, Hot-Tub und offenem Blick auf den Strand. James stand uns für weitere Wünsche zur Verfügung

relaxing weekend away

Our second stay at Kennedy's and just as wonderful as we remembered it with its old world charm. We visited with our fur baby who loved the expansive private garden that leads onto river front. James the butler is always on hand to assist with any thing you need from arrange a braai to stocking up the woodfired hot tub. this is well worth a try and we will definitely be back again

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Kennedy's villa and really liked the views and the privacy. The stay was just perfect for a romantic holiday. If you're into antiques & arts, you will definitely appreciate this Victorian style accomodation reminding you of the good old days. The house butler, conveniently named James, attended to all our wishes. When going to the beach, take into account that you'll need at least 3-4 minutes, on foot ;)

Kennedy's Beach Villa is the place to be if you looking for a romantic getaway and privacy. The beautiful surrounding and tastefully decorated villa offers you luxury within nature. The tranquil milkwood forest is exclusively used by the villa giving you plenty of space to relax and unwind. This is the best place available for a honeymoon couple 💖💖

A lovely guest house with outstanding views

We had a wonderful stay at Kennedy's Beach Suite: our room had a lovely double bed with an electric blanket which was so cozy when we got home at night. We loved the Jacuzzi on the deck with a view of the waves and of the stars. Just a short 10 minute drive to Hermanus and the whales. It was private and luxurious. Tea and rusks in the room and cognac and chocolates on the pillow. Fresh fruit every day. It could not be faulted. Congratulations to Ymile and to James for their care.
