"Upon arrival, we noticed very quickly that the pictures online looked nothing like this property. The pictures looked nice and clean, and it was the exact opposite. We checked in and got to our room, immediately after walking in to the room, we noticed it smelled stale, musty, and like old chemicals. ..."
