โMy wife and I had an incredible stay at the lovely Port Hotel with a stunning waterfront view providing gently rolling waves for ambience with the windows cracked open. The staff were perfect and the Eastbourne waterfront was everything we'd hoped for an authentic English coastal experience. The room appeared to be recently renovated and staying above a pub was a fun experience. The pub itself was also excellent.
Our only complaint was lack of air conditioning...which resulted in us opening a window...and listening to traffic (the road out front is very busy)
All-in-all, I would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting the areaโ
