“We had such a nice stay. The staff especially Aaron (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) were so kind and helpful. It is a cozy place to stay within close walking distance to all of the Nederland businesses,restaurants,the creek and the reservoir.”

“The rooms and common areas were very clean, very modern chic. There was a nice path out back to an outdoor sitting area, we even saw a fox hanging out while there! It was a nice, relaxing stay. We stayed in early summer, so it didn't get too hot. But the building does not seem to have central air, so this might be a better winter stay!”

“I have driven by this place for years and never even glanced at it while leafpeeping in the fall. I needed to escape the fireworks on the 4th, and this sounded like it would be worth a try. I was pleasantly suprised. It was tidy, friendly and everyone behaved. It was 68 degrees and a mist of rain fell. What a welcome respite from Denver's heat. Thank you”

“Great room. Only downside was that the restaurant didn’t open for breakfast until 8 am.”

“Did not like late checking in only. 4:00 pm on check in although attempted to check in at 3:00. Still charge daily spa fee of 29.00 daily so it further limits our use with mandatory late checkin.”

“Nice area and beautiful surroundings. The condo organization make it difficult to come and go - the doors lock at 8pm and the entrance codes don’t work. No one is around for help if you get locked out (twice). Other couples had same experience. I had to stand outside waiting for someone to exit before I could enter. Very inconvenient-”

“The view from the property is indescribable more like breathtaking. This property hadn’t aged well . Some of the wooden stairs were more of a tripping hazard because of warping . The room itself was bare minimum. The bed upon entering the room looked like someone had been sitting on it prior to coming in. The beds themselves were comfortable. The chairs they were upholstered upon entering were worn and stained . Issues with the tv were resolved in timely matter.”
