Parking was an absolute nightmare since they had just updated it. Even one of the workers there who helped us struggled with it. The code didn't work to get the QR code..so on and so on. We had to follow behind people to get in AND out. Front desk leaves at 8pm, so not much help there. Otherwise place is nice.

Great customer service. Check in was easy and efficient. Wonderful communication. Rooms clean and nice and had everything you would need. No AC, but it's not always as hot as it's been. Opened windows and room had fans. Would stay here again and also recommend for families, couples. Anyone. Good location.

Our room was clean and spacious with all the conveniences of home. Unfortunately, the ceiling fan did not work in the bedroom which made it quite warm in July. The hallways were dated and needed painting. Parking garage was definitely a plus!

Located near the base of Winterpark ski resort and only 3 miles from Fraser, where most restaurants and shopping are. Easy underground parking. Our studio condo room was decent, about the size of a nice hotel room. The condos are privately owned, I believe, and the owner of our room (4567) probably should have replaced the mattress 10 years ago! Worst mattress I’ve ever slept on in a hotel room or rental. I sagged into it as if in a hammock.
