“I’m sorry but this was the worst bed experience I have ever had at a hotel or apartment. The bed is hard as a rock I had to pile up blankets and pillows to sleep on top of. We left for two nights and slept on the island just to get a better bed!! The house next door is a complete disaster. My jeans were moved and no one was at the desk to handle issues after like 8pm. Hot water last 5min. Internet slow and unusable except for the tv. The stove can’t fit two pots at a time so you can only use one...

The overall experience was good. The workers are polite and kind. The reception people were excellent and the restaurant service was top-notch.
However, the room can be upgraded to modern facilities, especially the TV set and AC to a smart TV and split AC.”
“We're two and reserved one family room with twin bed but the hotel offered a room same as standard single. They just split out one double bed only. Asked reception to change a proper room size but they didn't allowed it. So we paid more and stayed with uncomfortable for 5 nights. Even they said they don't have family room offer. How embarrassing we are even we booked with Expedia for a family room which is bigger room than a standard single.”
“From the look of things the staff are experienced at all! The breakfast was nothing to write home about. The choice of cable channels was too bad. An area of strength for them would be security which was impressive. They would always call your room to ask if it was ok for visitor to leave. Hats up for them their but overall I was not too happy with my stay there and not too certain if I would want to stay there again!!!”
