Front desk/check in was quick. "

"This hotel is great for a quick stay. The staff was great and our room was clean. It could use a few upgrades like a nicer TV. Breakfast was only from 6-9. It would be nice if it were until a little bit later so we could have enjoyed it (we got in late and needed to sleep a bit longer). The bed was not comfortable. It was extremely firm. I would stay here again if it were for one night, but not for an extended stay. "

"Apparently they don't use Expedia and I had to pay more than what was posted and reserved. Then he informs me that the only room he had the heat is broken. Offered to give me a heater...a small one at that.. accepted the offer went in the room....tv doesn't work and the water doesn't work either. And to top things off he required a deposit. I ended up requesting a refund and couldn't get another room elsewhere because the return wasn't immediate"
