The toilet was dirty, the dishwasher was broken and smelly, and there were nats everywhere. The staff was very friendly the management picked a good team. The lady at the front desk was nice and apologetic about the room. Needs better housekeeping staff.

Very clean, spacious. They're housekeeping staff must be awesome. Front desk could've been better. They sold me a drink that was expired by 5 months. But the hotel itself was awesome

Not worth the money

Bed was uncomfortable. Wifi was very weak. Tv remote barely worked. Tv was in a horrible spot to view from the couch. But it did have good water pressure and good hot water.

Disappointing

The room was bigger than expected which was nice. The Tv wasn’t working when we first got there but the maintenance guy fixed it right away. The pool might as well not even have been in use because it was literally so cold my kids lips turned purple within 5 minutes and when I asked them if they could turn the heat up they said the heat temp was as high as they could legally have it which there’s no was that’s true. This was pretty annoying because we specifically chose this hotel for the pool and breakfast accommodations which were both the worst parts of the hotel. I assumed it would be much better because in 2023 we had a house fire and had to stay at this same establishment for 4 months and it was so much better then. The bathroom and kitchen are really needs to be cleaned.. not just brushed over like it’s clearly done. Plus there was dog hair all over everything.

Was an older property. Lots of marijuana smell throughout (which is legal in MI), 4 large black trash bags were piled outside the elevator doors, trash bin in breakfast area did not have a liner and beer cans from the night before lined the counter. Lights above dining room table in our room did not work. Coffee was lukewarm, not hot. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

It had been a while since we stayed here due to the negative reviews about cleanliness. But we gave it another chance and were happy with the results. It’s a nice hotel with lots of amenities.

Pool was closed down. The hallways were dirty and smelly. Inside of the rooms there was grime and dust on ledges and in corners and on walls. Room had a strong, smoky smelly older. The showers were grimy. I would’ve checked out immediately if it was not such a big hassle to do so.
