“The room was enormous, plenty of space, lighting was great, everything was clean and tidy. Check-in was quick and breakfast was great. ”

They said it was due to them just having filled it but it took overnight for it to be warm. The pool never did get comfortable enough to swim in. This was the whole reason we stayed here. For our grandkids to swim. Very disappointed. ”

“The hotel is aged, duct tape all over the carpet in the hallways, old cracks in the shower floor with built up crud, “stuffy” feeling of the air. No usb ports We usually choose Holiday Inn because HI has good quality and free breakfast. This was a total disappointment, no breakfast buffet, and aged building. There was no warm feeling - just an overall disappointment for the cost. I wish I would’ve paid $50 more for a different hotel. Or even the cheapest hotel was more updated than this...

“The tub in the room had gunk coming out of the Jets, made the water a dark yellow, the pool was closed, seemed to be a motel 6 turned hotel, but other than no pool, and nasty jacuzzi tub in room, it was alright, not worth the $120+ a night, get a airbnb or a more mainstream hotel”

It seemed clean, but the outdated and well-used condition of the rooms and common spaces made this hotel fall short of what we typically experience at Best Western properties. Additionally, the front desk staff member announced my room number aloud with several other people standing in line behind me. This made me feel unsafe in my room as this is a major no-no in the industry to protect travelers. ”

“As always the red roof was excellent except for one comment the owner made I was checking in after my brother. We had two rooms and we both have one dog apiece and he had both dogs with him. I was on my way and I called to let them know that I may not be able to get there until the next day allow him to check into my room just in case and he was like oh he has two dogs. They will tear up that room and I said no those dogs will not tear up that room. Those dogs are very well behaved they would...
