โThe hotels was great. Im not a city person and its very crowded there. Parking was hard to understand and when picking up at front door there is not a lot of room.โ
โA nice option when visiting western. Our room was clean and spacious, there was a great breakfast in the morning, we were close to shops and restaurants, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. โ
โI recently stayed at the historic Upjohn House Bed and Breakfast in the heart of downtown Kalamazoo, and it was a truly memorable experience. This beautifully restored mansion is decorated with charming period details that give it an elegant, old-world atmosphere while still offering modern comforts.
I stayed for two nights and loved how easy it was to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions downtown. I also attended a concert at Miller Auditorium, which was conveniently located...
โNice room for the price and love the kitchenette. Supplies were all there and our one night stay was very comfortable. Love how pet friendly the property is with multiple potty stations and plenty of grass surrounding the building. โ

Only complaint is the day shift front desk woman was not friendly, no greeting or welcome and looked like she did not want to be there, on her cellphone most of the time. Overnight gentleman was very helpful and much nicer. Overall a wonderful stayโ

And the people at the counter were not only very nice they were engaging! The ones on July 27 and 28 were especially! And the guy on the 29th I thknk was the manager was super helpful, too. We would have stayed another night but they were full. They have a huge assortment of snacks you can purchase, free use of the...
