Two staff at front desk were difficult to understand - foreign accents. Bathroom door (opened out instead of in) and would NOT stay open. Had to prop it with wastebasket. Toilet seat slid side-to-side. Tightened the plastic bolt, but it was stripped. How did cleaning people NOT notice the loose seat. ...

Room and staff were good, but I don’t think the hotel should charge for parking when there are no other options but your parking lot.
