"We were here for New Year’s Eve, we had the hot tub dome and it was great. Super cozy. Breakfast was really good, and all staff were friendly."

"The hotel has been remodeled. The rooms were spotless and staff was more than polite. We had a great time at the water park. Small enough so your kids could run around and you could see them at all times. "

"It was a wonderful stay however when I made my reservation it said I wouldn't be charged until we got there and I was unable to use the card that it was supposed to go on. So I'm at a limbo still trying to figure out what to do. Normally every hotel I've stayed at they never charged until we got there all I had to do is give them a card when I did the reservation and they charged my card when I got there. "

"Room was very clean and Comfortable. Amber was very friendly and professional on the phone when I called for a question. Pat was great when we checked in. I asked Pat for a great place to eat local and she asked me if I wanted a sitdown restaurant and I said yes. She recommended Jacs in Kalamazoo about 4 miles up the road. Jacs did not disappoint. Great suggestion. We do ask often on places to eat when we travel, and most are great recommendations. The only negative thing I would say is when I went to connect to the WIFI, I put my last name and room # in as required and when I clicked connect to basic WIFI, ir did not connect and was asking me to register with chooice hotels."
