“The property needs lots of attention. I know it’s an older property but it needs to have some care. I love staying here. I will be back. Just feel like it needs some foundation work. The water on the roof is catching and leaking on second floor. This needs to be looked at and addressed. I adore this place, I love bringing my kids here. I hope to see it open for many years. “I loved staying at the Inn of Saugatuck! It is so beautiful! My room decor was gorgeous and my bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower was also great- wonderful water pressure (once I figured out how to pull down on the ring under the faucet in the bathtub to convert water from bath to shower!) The receptionist seems like he’d rather be anywhere else but working and is not very friendly. The gift shop is also a mess and full of clutter. Otherwise, we really like it.
