โOne of the best rooms Iโve had in Knoxville. Convenient location. Rooms were quiet. Comfortable beds. Staff/service were average. Werenโt rude, just not friendly or welcoming per se.โ
โEveryone was super helpful and nice. The valets took extra care of my vehicle. They were helpful in giving info about the area. The front desk people were genuinely friendly. The only downside was one of the lamps on the right side of the bed didnโt work. I normally sleep on that side. Bed was large. It was comfortable. I had a great view of Neyland Stadium and the campus. Iโd stay here again. Wish they had soda and snack machines. The gift shop had coke products only. โ
โThis hotel was wonderful! We felt comfortable because it was clean, the maids did a wonderful job! The area is sort of a college town, bars, and such. It has a good vibe but our view was of the alleyway and saw a few weird things outside. But the inside was great and so were the employees, speedy check in included!โ
โExcept for navigating our way out of the parking garage, the entire stay was WONDERFUL! Everything there was so clean and luxurious. The staff were all accommodating, knowledgeable and courteous. The bed was great, but the pillows were the most comfortable I've ever slept on! โ
