“The hotel is fairly new and the staff is amazing; shout out to Nokuthula and Nontobeko, they provided impeccable service. Radisson also provide shuttle bus from and to OR Tambo Airport which makes it very convenient. I look forward to my next stay in this clean, convenient and secure place.
There is also a shopping centre within a stone-throw which has a grocery store, a pharmacy, pizza place and ATMs in a very secure location.”
“Overally safe and good. but had some difficulty using key (not contactless) Every time I take elevator I need to pull out the key and insert in the slot on the elevator, worst of that one of 3 elevator is broken and another elevator has problem with card slot. All in all the only one is available. However, If the elevator with broken card slot if open, it stop another elevator to come to the floor. It is terrible to go up from the ground to my room. ”
