"Room was clean and a good size. Sheets, towels provided. Reception staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful - and were excited for us to see the best of the city and surrounding area. Extremely convenient for many attractions of the city - right on the waterfront, and almost directly opposite the Assembly buildings. Chinatown is just behind - with many delicious options for food. "Rooms are dirty, plastering fallen off the ceiling, moldy bathroom. The cleaning is terrible, 4 staff, one empty the bin, one change the towel, one flush the toilet didn't even clean it and no vacuum done once when we stayed for 1 week. It took them 5 mins to complete a 2 bedrooms apartment. The aircon stop working and ice accumulated and the repairmen had to chopped off ice and full of mold came off from the aircon. There is no washing detergent and no sponge provided and it's supposed to be...
