“Absolutely outstanding customer service.The restaurant is an absolute must! we decided dinner was the best we had ever enjoyed in the UK wonderful service and piping hot food served to our table, perfectly timed between the three courses and the flavours were divine. The staff at breakfast worked absolute miracles with a huge choice of food and the buffet was constantly refilled WELL DONE!! ”

“I had a really nice, peaceful stay. I lost the email with the direct contact number, so im sure the issue i had could have been solved easily, if not partly, for my own stupidity. Sadly, there was no running water & there was no gas to use the cooktop. The keys that were left didnt open the door to turn on the gas. Thankfully, there are some lovely places for food very close by & a couple of bottles of water to boil the kettle & have a quick wash solved any real drama. I enjoyed...

“The hotel is lovely and a great location for anyone visitng Warwick Castle. The room was clean as was the hotel itself. Staff were always around and very polite. Some of the meals in the restaurant was overpriced but I guess that's standard these days, would visit again.”

“This is a lovely hotel . Very nice room , comfortable and clean. Bathroom was excellent. The dinning area was very nice , food was excellent and the staff were so helpful. In the morning for breakfast the lady who served me even made sure my dog got his own sausage for breakfast . Lovely friendly feel about the place and perfect location to explore the town. Highly recommended.”
