Everything was excellent, we stayed in a newly renovated room, everything was clean. Staff were helpful. The only complaint was the bathroom door was so squeaky but alerted the staff and I’m sure they will get on that asap

Room was clean and well maintained. We got the jetted tub which was amazing for our young son, he had a blast in there. Water pressure in the showers definitely needs work, but beyond that the stay was great. The new addition of Montanas was a pleasant surprise!! Food was delicious!

Although the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, they offered complimentary food as a thoughtful gesture, which was greatly appreciated. There was renovation during my visit so not many amenities were available. However, because of renovation, they offered free continental breakfast, which was pretty good. Hope they keep the free continental breakfast even after the completion of the renovation. Also they are adding Montana's restaurant to the premise. Can't wait to check them out during my next visit.

First night (of 2) not great. Hard to find parking. Super loud neighbours until 0200. Butttt Andrea at the front desk saved the day on night 2. This angel listened and acted. She gave us a wonderful room that allowed us to get some shuteye on night 2. She has an amazing attitude and if she is not already a manager she needs to be one. She just gets it! Kudos.
