"Hotel Boutique Castillo Rojo was a perfect stay for 3 days in Santiago. The staff was so attentive and helpful. They remembered my name right away and always checked in to see if there was anything they could do to make my stay better. I stayed in a newly renovated room, which was fantastic. The breakfast was also great. It is around a fairly bustling area, so there can be some noise at night, if you are a light sleeper. "

"This was my second booking at the hotel...I liked it so I wanted to stay longer. The room was great and the staff was kind and sooo helpful and I had the buffet breakfast each day and it was a great way to start the day with a dining room full of nice people. Another aspect of this hotel that was amazing is the location. It is near a bus station to take the big tour buses all over the country and international, plus the airport for what is about $2.30 USD and its a nice bus. The Central train station is up the street and the Metro and a big shopping center with a large supermarket with lots of wine and liquer and beer. And the shopping in the area is extensive--nice shops to stalls and hundreds of options. "
