"Very disgusted with the cleanliness"

"I didn’t like that I had to change rooms from where I was to an accessible room at all. I am not handicapped but due to a “booking block” I had to be moved to an unwanted room. The cost of this place is overpriced by about $50 and the security deposit is more than it should be for this area. This hotel was tolerable until I had to be switched. The staff was fine and the breakfast was as expected. I had a pretty ok stay until I was moved. "

"The breakfast was good. Many different options to choose from. The staff was okay. The front desk receptionist spoke quickly and was not clear in some areas. She began not by welcoming me, but by telling me my stay would not be”count” because I reserved through Expedia. We were placed in a room that faced Route 1. We listened to loud and fast traffic all night."

"It was a pleasant stay. The room and facilities were clean and there was no noise issues"

"We had No hot water & the floor drain in the bathroom did not work, bathroom flooded. We were told to let the water run for at least 20 minutes to get hot water (which would have flooded the whole room). Staff did not immediately come to the room to check. Eventually at 4:00 a.m. & after my insistence, staff came & we were moved to a better room with hot water. Upon checkout, Staff appeared to be more concerned that the new room was occupied without their knowledge than that the old room (with hazardous conditions) was assigned to a aged ADA customer. Overall experience was very disappointing. (Especially as compared to former experiences with Doubletree) "

"Very clean and quiet. New lock pad system was sensitive to use and could not get into room at first. First night no heat. Next day got a portable room heater to use. No staff on duty in evening. Had to call someone for help getting into room."
