"Hotel can be easily accessed from the underground shopping area called the Unimall, from exit U8. Take the stairs up from the Unimall and you’ll see the hotel. Very convenient. Rooms are a bit tiny, especially the entrance area. Free water bottle daily. Room service every 4 days. Room echoes a little because of concrete walls."
Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nagoya Station (Renewal Open in May 2026)
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great experience! Very clean room, kids received a little welcome bag, coin laundry on the 6th floor, close to all major train lines and the staff was amazing, they helped us track a package that was supposed to arrive in the morning and within a few minutes we received an answer and a few minutes later the package arrived. I would definitely recommend!"
"Staff were great, they processed the check-in quickly and without fuss. They were very accommodating and could speak English well enough to help us with our questions. it's a great hotel in a great location. The restaurant only serves breakfast and lunch, but there are many food options around.
The bathrooms were modern and clean, there was free tea and coffee.
The cons were the beds, a little too hard. There are only 2 elevators and they stop at level 2 no matter what."
"It was the best hotel I have ever been (and I have been to a lot)!
The staff was amazing, super helpful, even holding the elevator door for us! I am definitely staying there again (or the same chain) next time!
Thank you for your hospitality!"
