"Absolutely loved this property! It’s a very unique experience with the hot springs and how you are able to walk around the hotel without shoes. The atmosphere of the hotel was also very relaxing and the rooms were very quiet. They have many amenities for guests such as massage chairs, coffee machine, and yakult/ice cream after hot spring baths. I recommend getting the additional breakfast buffet. They have such a variety of foods and even freshly fried tempura! I honestly didn’t even have to eat lunch during the day with how full I was from breakfast, haha. I will say, some of the amenities get really crowded towards the evening. Which is to be expected (especially traveling in the springtime), but it disappointed me a little. Felt like I had to fight to get a chance on the massage chairs or use the free washing machines. But it can’t be helped. It is a very popular hotel with foreign visitors. If you’re a bit more shy about the hot springs, I recommend waking up around 5 AM for a bath. Barely anyone there and it helps wake you up. Overall, I enjoyed this experience! If you’re ok with a bit busier of a hotel, then I definitely recommend. "

"This is in the heart of town and has so many food and shopping options around. Highly recommend! Even our budget room was spacious by Japanese hotel standards. The amenities were thoughtful as well. Would stay again!"

"Excellent hotel. Room was very nice. Public bath was also nice (tattoos were fine). All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Very close to train station. Convenience store attached to hotel. Starbucks next door. Loved our stay there. Would go there again."
