"The physical condition of the property was nice, updated kitchen bathroom etc. what was disappointing was the lack of air conditioning which required the windows to be open. This led to being woken up every night by the loud crowd in the neighborhood. Specifically, on two nights at 0230-0300 I heard racist comments from the locals. "City Housing was a short distance from Stavanger central. But don't be put off as there are regular buses and trains going between Paradis station and Stavanger central within 5 minutes of the apartments and a bus stop similar distance. A convenient shop near by too. Apartment is accessed through key pads. There is a lift to most floors, although our apartment was only accessibly by stairs from floor 3.
