“Decent room, but 3rd floor shower leaked into our 2nd floor bathroom ceiling. When we called the front desk at 11pm to report same, they did nothing because they didn't want to wake the occupants. We could hear them walking around. We used most of our towels to take up the water from the ceiling. The front desk said they would move us, but 2 of our party were sleeping and we were unpacked.
It was obvious the ceiling had leaked before. Very annoying and disturbing.”
