“We stayed at the lodge and it was newly renovated. The beds were very comfortable, we walked through the campground, which was very well maintained, but did not eat at the restaurant or stop in the bar this trip. We would definitely stay here again as it is a good value for the money you pay.”

“Overall, I had a great stay at Surrey Resort and would consider staying here again. Check-in was easy, and my tent was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the electric blanket, which made for a cozy night's sleep. The location is another major highlight. “I'll admit I didn't have high expectations for a small place in a little town (Cougar) - I just needed a place to sleep before summiting Mt St. Helens. I was pleasantly surprised how great this place is. The lady who checked me in (might be the owner) was very friendly and super-helpful. The room had all the modern amenities (Apple TV, chargers on the night stands, AC) and was clean and comfortable. I didn't have a chance to try the restaurant but I've heard it's good. Highly recommend”
