Room was not up to date, bath exhaust fan not working, light bulbs out, old sucker sticks in drawers, outside lights didn’t work. Their policy on housekeeping is “Upon Request”. We stayed 4 nights. Asked for housekeeping after the 2nd night…no service. Asked again after the third night…nothing. Staff apologized…I blame the ownership. Staff up! Especially for special events like JazzFest. We will not return.

As a solo traveler in NOLA it was an affordable option for me. The room was overall clean but the mattress was really uncomfortable. The location is near the main city attractions but in an industrial area so having a vehicle is suggested. The bar/restaurant is quite convenient as well.

It was dirty linens, roaches, bed bugs, cracked doors. Very very dissatisfied. Told me I couldn’t get my money back, so I was forced to stay. I had two young children with me.

Very remote, but quiet and pleasantly restful. Helpful, friendly staff and upstairs restaurant serves nice selection of good bar food. Excellent service all around. A nice morning with "Folger's in your cup" sitting up on the observation deck with the Natchez paddle steamboat docked across the waterway.

We stayed in the sea view villa. The bedding was very dirty. There were orange spots all over the sheets and blankets. When I informed the front office, they said housekeeping would come fix it. Housekeeping showed up a day later with new sheets that just as bad as the first ones. There was someone’s left over food in the fridge.

The night shift security guard was awesome! Helped me out multiple times from checking in, too getting lost and needing a ride back to even providing me with change for the laundry machine and then driving me back to my room again when it was raining heavily. Overall an incredible guy!

The room had several issues. The light did not work on the ceiling fan. The vents for the air condition was very filthy which made it very hard for us to breathe and coughing all night long.. No microwave, on the second day, we asked about that. It was delivered and just sit there without being plugged in. Staff was very lazy, not accommodating. Problems with smoked detectors, not having the battery changed and beeping . Wifi kept falling off T.V. when you ask staff to bring towels, they tell you, they will. And then never show up with them. Mattress, very uncomfortable. All of them are super soften. Was nothing like I and my family expected. People working there on the staff smoking all over the place. The experience was horrible.

Water and ice dispenser did not work. Showers are super small then expected. Showers by the pool is the best showers because of size. I would recommend a walk through before signing anything

Parking was fine. Cigarette butts in the bathroom sink. Blinds in bathroom extremely dirty. Kitchen is stocked poorly. Only spoons, no forks or knives. Only 1 glass. No pot holders or kitchen towels. Need to do inventory of supplies. Office staff ok, not much hospitality there. Ask a question, get a different answer. Bathroom towels had holes in them

It is a cute and quiet location (we did have a stampede of lost guests come through a couple of times, but it’s not on the resort..) and I would recommend staying here. However, some rooms do need a bit more cleaning and fixing done, like removing spiderwebs and fixing up mirror closer doors). Towels could be updated. But overall it’s a cute and quiet place. There is a restaurant on site, but we never made it because of our schedule.

Went for a Soilent Green concert, it was amazing! And to party with my daughters, we had a blas! This place was amazing for the price! Had a top story room, amazing deck off the front and a freakin rooftop deck with a spiral staircase! The only complaint i have is that the showers were tiny! Other than that, all in all, great place to stay! Ten minute drive to Bourbon Street!

The accommodations are in extreme need of a reno. Kitchen cupboard drawers falling off, holes in the wall from the furniture, zero water pressure in the showers yet the sink had lots of pressure, stains on the bedding, closet doors don’t open. Had to wear our shoes inside as our socks and feet were black from walking on the floor. Definetly not worth the money we were charged

Loved it would definitely stay again. Cute property with lots of amenities. Great price. Some small signs of deferred maintenance make sense of the great price, but nothing bothersome. The pool was open even in November, the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the rooftop deck, and the views of the canal. The restaurant/bar was nice and had a friendly local vibe. Convenient to city park where you can catch a trolley to the French quarter. We met a neighboring traveler and talked for hours, fun was had by all!
