I must say I was not sure what to expect but knew the HUB area of MK so thought it would be OK. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended."

"Breakfast very good, items replenished when asked. Bar meals, small choice but very good. Unfortunately the coffee served at the bar was not, flat white cold and weak, black Americano hot but very weak & watery. However, coffee & hot chocolate from machine at breakfast was excellent! Staff friendly & reception very welcoming. Did not eat in restaurant as menu not to all of out tastes. Towels in room large & soft, bed comfy. Grounds beautiful and plenty of outdoor seating too. "
