"Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the German Colony, with easy access to everything. A special thanks to the family who owns and runs the property—their kindness and hospitality made the stay truly memorable. Bonus: there’s a minimarket just downstairs with excellent offerings and surprisingly good prices—super convenient. Absolutely deserving of its high ratings. A fantastic stay all around."
