"The property is located on a unique piece of land. The "backyard" area opens up to the lake and it is very peaceful to sit there and watch the sunset. So, A+ there. "The motel definitely needs repairs and renovations. I've stayed here off and on for a couple decades and I don't think anything has been upgraded. Plumbing and doors need work. The location is perfect for going to the water park, shopping, restaurants, and movie theater. Office staff is friendly. ..."

"Wonderful property managers and staff, friendly and helpful. A beautiful property and nice, well stocked cabins. They even provided bedding. My only disappointment was that we had the only cabin that was not directly on the river."
