"I did not use the amenities myself but I did notice that the pool was being used. I found the meals there were a bit pricey, but the breakfast was fantastic. The restaurant staff were plasent and helpful. There is a shuttle to and from Midway which was helpful. The room was clean and comfy. I would go there again."

"This motel should be shut down! The place is falling apart, mattresses are brown & moldy, infested with bed bugs, once you turn on the shower-cockroaches come out of the drain, same with turning on the bathroom faucet-a bunch of cockroaches came out from the drain, the piping is old, rusted n falling apart, curtains are in shambles & an abominable odor reeks from inside. This place needs to be reported! I guess when you wanna make a quick buck, you don't care how your business is ran, or what repulsive conditions you are selling to the public. It's INHUMANE for anyone to live on a premises like that. "

"Our stay was outstanding! We had to check out early from a different holiday inn due to an unhappy stay to be overly impressed with this Holiday Inn off Frontage Rd. The hotel room and lobby were very clean and smelled clean! Thank you Toi for a wonderful breakfast that was full and ready! She was very attentive and helpful to my five children! She made sure everything was stocked, fresh, and clean! Want to thank the front desk, Jasmine for helping us get quick service on a crib for our baby! She called maintenance and made sure that it was the first thing he got when getting into his shift. Which took less than 15 minutes after requesting! Thank you for a clean and open pool for our kids to play in to get there energy out and sleep good after:) This Hotel is polite to their customers, has quality breakfast, and clean rooms! Thank you so much!"

"Rude not safe not professional I would never ever in a million years ever think of going there I will sleep in my car before I ever reserve a room from there .Roaches nothing ever works and dirty just sad should be shut down and made a group home I’m not just talking about to just be talking I experienced it so I’m going to speak about it to others so they don’t experience what I did very unprofessional and disgusting "
