Staff here are very courteous and friendly. The location is unbeatable really for access to Chicago or the outer suburbs and especially the Midway airport. Makes it difficult to consider ever going to O’hare. Safe surroundings and well lit parking areas. Restaurants within walking distance and gas stations close by as well. Room is clean and tidy. TV channels are limited but who cares. The support staff here are excellent too.

A peaceful & relaxing stay close to Midway.

Coming towards the end of my different night, different city road trip, I enjoyed my stay at Double Tree Hilton in Chicago. The staff was very helpful & friendly during my stay. Check-in was simple & Marlene was exceptional during my check-out the next morning after sleeping past my alarm & needing a bit more time to check-out.

The stafff were wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming. My only less than exceptional experience was my first morning at breakfast. The restaurant staff was unfriendly and slammed my plate down and didn’t offer a refill of my empty glass. My only bad experience during my stay.
