"Nice and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Showers came with shampoo. Also there was an ironing room which I used for my shirt. Had to leave early, so I only caught the limited early breakfast buffet instead of the full breakfast buffet, however the selections we're still great. Self checkin is where I knocked off points for the place. Only two out of the 6 kiosks were working."

The room was compact and efficiently arranged, which is typical of a city hotel. It provided the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a clean space, a comfortable bed, and a practical bathroom. The room worked well as a base for sightseeing, although guests who prefer a lot of space may find it somewhat small. The hotel’s modern design, straightforward check-in process, and central location were strong advantages. I also appreciated having a simple, practical place to return to after spending the day exploring Copenhagen. Overall, I would recommend Wakeup Copenhagen – Borgergade for travelers who prioritize location, cleanliness, and convenience over a large room or extensive hotel amenities. The room was a good fit for a city break, and I would consider staying here again."
