"The rooms were lovely. Unfortunately the toiletries are not in the room only in the onsen which I didn’t find ideal. The garbages in the rooms are really tiny and I’m all for sustainability but this doesn’t really make a lot of sense when you’re catering to travellers in a City that doesn’t provide garbage facilities leaving them no choice but to bring it back to their hotels. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with really wonderful staff. I just wanted to point out a couple things that could use tweaking. "

"Wonderful location, so many amazing streets full of small restaurants and shops to visit. Super friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms. Restaurant had fantastic food, drinks, and the music was great. Terrific location overall. When booking if you want to have breakfast in the hotel, make sure you reserve it well in advance as they fill up quickly and there’s most likely no reservations available for same day or even a couple of days before. Would highly recommend staying here!!"

"Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Kanazawa. The hotel felt modern, clean, and comfortable, but still connected to the charm of Kanazawa. The location was very convenient, especially being close to the station, which made traveling with family much easier. The staff were professional, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were well designed, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a very positive experience and one of the hotels that made our time in Kanazawa even better. I would definitely recommend Hyatt Centric Kanazawa for anyone visiting the city, especially families or travelers who want comfort, convenience, and great service."
