This hotel was excellent. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and it's in a great area. Not too busy but with really great transport and shopping options. It was very clean, and the bedding was comfy. They even gave us a free bottle of champagne and room upgrade to celebrate our special event. Very well equipped, nothing lacking.

Excellent service. Great location. The rooms seem slightly tired and old fashioned. The breakfast selection was top-tier but there was little elegance. It was crowded and the seating arrangements didn't offer privacy. It was Sunday morning so it may have been overrun by weekenders.

Wonderful hotel to stay in, one of the best. The newly renovated rooms are perfect for a sound nights sleep. I loved the extra refrigerator draw to put non bar purchases. Nicole who checked us in provided wonderful service, so friendly.The only down sides were waiting for elevators and the line to get in for breakfast buffet in the morning. I would definitely stay again.

Awesome stay!

The room i stayed was recently renovated and it is clean with all the needed toiletries provided. The room has an amazing view facing the harbour. Fruits were provided in the room and ecen chocolates on a particular day! It is connected to the hotel and the MTR so it is very accessible to move around.

great location, great staff: the hotel is really amazing located just above Pacific Place, a rather new luxury shopping mall. Ideally located in Central too, with great locations to be at walking distance. Truly loved this hotel, we will no doubt come back!

Perfect stay in Hong Kong

Shangri-la Hotel in Admiralty is the best! Hotel location is perfect since it has everything you need: fast access to MTR and the premium mall where you can eat all sorts of cuisines. The service at the hotel is incredible. Will definitely stay here again next time.

The Shangri-La never disappoints. Highly encourage a harbour view room to watch the lights in the evening and have the most stunning view to wake up to. The concierge—particularly Claude—was incredibly helpful with planning.

This is a beautiful hotel with a superlative level of service, professionalism and attentiveness from all the staff we met, from the airport limousine service to checkout. Could not recommend highly enough.
