"We came in just after the Hurricane Lala hit the island. The power was out, the elevator was down, people were trying to book extra nights. It was a frustrating, stressful situation for the staff. And despite all the problems, they were kind, courteous, tried to meet all the customers at their level of frustration with a smile and as many options as possible. Once the hotel was back online, all of the staff from the front desk, housekeeping were friendly and always asked if we need anything."

"Hotels is nicely located on the busiest street with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Staff is helpful and nice. Rooms are well maintained. Amazing Cirque de Soleil show on the property. The only issue was the swimming pool - its a tiny pool for a hotel the size of Outrigger."
