โLoved our stay at the Kimberley Grande. Spacious well appointed room. Beautiful pool & surrounds. Great tavern & restaurant. The standout were the staff who were extremely friendly & helpful (especially Liv & Ellie). Thankyou. โ
โthere was rubbish outside near the bushes, noticed it hadnt been picked up by room service staff as they passed it- several days. need a small desk in the room. fridge overflow tray from freezer had defrosted and overflowed- creating a towel soaking mess. bed was very hard, need a new mattress. parking very tight. location on the lake, swimming pool delightful. free washing machines great. โ
