โExtremely warm welcome from Benoit to this spacious and comfortable house right opposite the Menin Gate in the centre of the town. The house is filled with memorabilia from the First World War. We were very pleased to join Benoit for the moving last post ceremony at the gate.โ

โFriendly staff. Pebbles (the Manager) was a delight. The home cooked breakfast in the morning was delicious. Room and facility were clean and tidy.

โThe Novotel is modern, spotlessly clean, and in a fabulous location - an easy walk to everything. Our room was large and the bed comfortable. Plenty of storage for two.
Be sure to go to the Last Post ceremony at the Menin Gate; itโs every night at 8pm.
Walking along the ramparts was lovely - a mostly flat, shaded trail that runs for more than a mile around much of the city. โ
โHotel 10 min walk to train station. Very close to Flanders museum & Menin Gate. Lovely breakfast, comfortable bed, great view from window, luggage storage and very friendly and helpful staffโ

โHotel Recour was without a doubt the best place we stayed the entire time we were in Europe. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly, the prices were very reasonable, breakfast was a wonderful spread and the location cannot be beat. And that's not even mentioning the absolutely beautiful room with a large bath that was very welcome after the trek out to Poperinge!โ

"Parking excess was difficult and there wasn't previous info for the pin code. The light in the toilet was out of order but didn't changed even we requested. Sofa bed was not prepared even we arrived at 6pm.
There were only 1 person at the front desk and difficult to communicate in English.
Location of the hotel was good but other things were not recommendable."
