"We'd stay here again given its closeness to the urban core and access to the surrounding areas. The staff were great as well! What needs some attention are room temps. Even on the cooler summer weather days, the rooms were overly hot which made it difficult for sleeping. While AC would have been nice, an easy upgrade would be to get in/out exchange fans into the windows. The hotel simply needs more air exchange and this small addition would reduce room temps pretty significantly."

"The hotel was very conveniently located and easy to find, and when we arrived all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. My faulty hairdryer was replaced immediately and the food was cooked perfectly. Our only concern was the water temperature in the shower; it was very temperamental, alternating between scalding and freezing!"

"Room was lovely, but really could do with some air-conditioning as it was unbearable to sleep in the heat, the fan supplied was pretty much useless. The staff were fantastic and made us feel welcome throughout.. The only downfall is we had children in the room above us who were constantly bouncing a football! Would I return again? Yes but there needs to be a stricter policy about children."

"This is a fantastic hotel to lodge in for several reasons. Besides the very good amenities they have, the staff there are very helpful and pleasant to talk with, especially Mabel, a manager there. Mabel's professionalism and willingness to help customers is quite exceptional 👌. I will be staying at this hotel regularly, as I work in the area every week! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!"

"Used the hotel as a base when visiting family in the local area. Nice location, very safe. All staff were professional and friendly. Rooms in both the annex and main hotel were spacious and clean, the main hotel perhaps feeling a little more modern. Great breakfast with both continental and hot fresh foods to order. Staff in the restaurant were exceptional! We were offered a fan in our room but it did little in the recent heatwave - totally not the hotel’s fault!! But perhaps consider installing some rooms with wall mounted AC could be great (I wouldn’t mind paying a bit more!!). We would certainly stay here again for future trips. Thank you!"
