"We really liked this B&B hotel would defo recommend but the only thing I would say to the hotel is to invest in an actual mattress for the travel cots. I didn’t appreciate the staff on reception not helping me and when I asked for a duvet to put down at least to make it softer they said it was not allowed. The cot just had the base board down and they think that’s acceptable for a toddler to sleep on, she may aswell slept on the floor. She ended up sleeping with us as I was not letting her sleep...

The issue was our room was set to 26 degrees centigrade and even with turning off the system and opening the outside door the room would only cool to about 20-21 and was back up to 26 in a couple of hours. Cleaning staff indicated to just turn it off. 26 is crazy to heat a hotel to, from a sleeping and an energy perspective. Beds are comfy and have great duvets- no reason to set heat so high"

"I liked the bed as it was comfortable and the staff was helpful. However, the family room was exceptionally small and the toilet was in unacceptable condition. It was the worst experience ever in this hotel. The shower drainage was blocked so changed the room and then the toilet flush did not work in the second room. No tea/ coffee facility in the room and breakfast items were very limited than a continental breakfast. "
