"We were initially underwhelmed. The room seemed tiny and not well laid out. We missed having a small frig in room. We weren't too sure about the neighborhood. But we came to appreciate this as a very good hotel. Extremely helpful staff. Very clean. Comfortable beds. And staff took care of refrigerating medication that needed to be kept cool with no problems. It's a great location for exploring the city. And the underground parking on site is a huge plus."

Slight issue with room 3 being facing road and bright light of signage into window. The sound was loud with window open but that was our preference for fresh air.
