"Hair all over the blankets. When we asked them for more pillows they said âf*** you byeâ. All we did is politely ask for pillows yet they cursed at us and shut the phone in our face. "

"Great breakfast buffet. Nice bar. Excellent spa facilities with indoor pool, 50°/70°/80°/90°C sauna, Serail room, and massage. No A/C can lead to very hot room temperatures on the top floor on a hot summer day. Insufficient parking when hotel is sold out. No obvious option for overflow parking."
