Hyatt Regency Houston West
The first two times we stayed here the rooms were so nice. Evidently some rooms have not been updated. Unfortunately, we stayed in one of those our third stay. Bed was very uncomfortable and bathroom very outdated. I will not stay again in one of these rooms. This is sad for such a nice hotel.

My stay, picture was hanging off the wall screws on the floor. When I walked in to check in the front desk person was stuck in her phone and never looked up until I prompted and the door right by the front. She didn’t mention any amenities! Didnt reference deposit! They never cleaned the room or ...
