This is a new property right off the Beltway not far from IAH. It is easy to find and the front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean for the most part but could have been cleaner with more attention to detail in the kitchen and bathroom. It was nice having a full-sized fridge and that kitchenette was roomier than I expected. The bathroom was roomy enough. The room was modern and the beds were comfortable enough. Clean room, nice, quiet, the smell was neutral nothing offputing. Decent place to stay. I wish they served breakfast that would give them 5 stars. Also I know other extended stays that provide utensils, toasters, pots & pans things like that. But other than that my stay was pretty good.

Great experience

I was very impressed with the condition of the property. I was absolutely pleased with my stay. Staff was very friendly. My microwave didn’t work when I checked in and they immediately replaced it. My room was super clean everything smelled new. The floors were beautiful the bed was comfortable clean sheets no bugs no roaches no nasty smells the parking lot was bright and lit up at night. I really was happy that they accommodate pets so I was able to bring my fur baby and they have a section that I can walk my dog and allow her to use the bathroom. I will definitely be staying at this hotel when I come back to houston. Sam Houston parkway humble location. Best experience I’ve had in a long time at a hotel.

I read the reviews before I made the reservation. I cant believe they were about the same place. The room is basic . Clean. Towels are cheap and worn. The room had a vague cigarette smell. The front desk staff were just ok. Not rude, but not necessarily friendly. It was ok for the price. But I wont be back.
