"the hotel is close to everything - it is in the hood but everyone was friendly- the lyfts come quick in that area- the staff was very kind - the room i was in was just enough for one person - the walls were dirty asf but the staff stated they are repainting walls soon - the bathroom was clean but small-no complaints about the shower- the water pressure and temperature was perfect- the sink was very small in order to brush my teeth i had to manuever a specific way so the spit can go in the sink- using the toilet it was a cramped situation - i brought my own facecloth, bath towel, and bed sheet - they need to upgrade their bedding, curtains and walls - if youre only there for 1 or 2 days then this is not a bad place to actually stay at for the price i paid."

"The place is very filthy. I had to stay at this hotel because my flight was canceled, and I ended up staying for two nights. On the first night, despite being extremely tired, I couldn’t shower or even change my clothes because I was disgusted by the condition of the room and didn’t want to step into the shower. I booked a non-smoking room, yet the room smelled heavily of cigarettes. On my last night, at around 2:00 a.m., someone started banging on my door and yelling. I told him he had the wrong room, but he didn’t leave for more than 30 minutes. I immediately called the front desk, but they didn’t answer my calls. After that, they started rejecting my calls altogether. The next day, I reported the incident to the front desk, but they did nothing, even though there are cameras in the hallway. I couldn’t sleep after that and ended up waiting for sunrise so I could leave for the airport, even though my flight wasn’t until late afternoon. The bed was broken on one side, and when I told the staff member about it, he simply said, “Yes, they’re old.” The sheets and pillowcases were very old, stained, dirty, and covered with hair. The sink was leaking and clogged as well."

"We had a 7 hour layover at JFK that was arriving at 10pm. I knew we didn’t want to be stuck in the airport that long especially being that late and nothing open so I booked this hotel because it had a free 24 hour shuttle. It worked perfectly! We took the shuttle to and from the airport. There was a Burger King walking distance from the hotel, but we door dashed it instead because it was late by the time we got to the hotel and I didn’t feel comfortable walking in a new city. It was very reasonably priced and the room was clean. The hotel staff were nice and the shuttle driver got us to and from the airport quickly. Would highly recommend for a no frills place to close your eyes for a couple hours between flights."
