"I must say that although I did not stay in my room much, the room was really nice I had a room with a pool attached to my balcony. They had an option for a floating breakfast which I did get and it was phenomenal. The breakfast every morning was also phenomenal very healthy. The self-service buffet was awesome. Delicious filled every morning with fresh food that had to be the highlight for me. They had a sauna which I didn’t get to go to an options for massages which I never got to take advantage of as well. The the staff was very helpful and very pleasant. The only downside that I could say would be that the bed was very hard and made it uncomfortable for me since I’m used to a plush pillow top bed, but after that everything else was definitely on point!"

"Cleanliness is always my top priority when staying at a hotel , and this property truly delivered .everything was impeccably maintained .The staff were exceptionally attentive . Whenever we requested for additional supplies , they were provided promptly without hesitation . I would especially like to recognize Celine , Paul and a 3rd Filipino young lady ( she assisted us during check in ), she was patient , attentive and made sure that we were settled in comfortably. I apologize I did not catch her name . Paul ensured that all our questions were answered and our needs were met . He was always pleasant , approachable and professional . Celine went above and beyond by helping us plan our trip to Phi phi island which turned out to be the highlight of our visit . Their warmth and dedication truly made us feel like a valued customer ."

"The Naka Phuket is one of the most visually stunning resorts you can stay at, with a design that consistently impresses from the moment you arrive. The open-air reception sets the tone, and the villa experience takes it further with a fully indoor-outdoor layout, floor-to-ceiling glass, and a private splash pool that creates a unique “glass house” feel while maintaining privacy. Service throughout the stay was exceptional. Staff were responsive, the buggy transport system was fast and reliable, and the hotel app made it easy to manage dining, excursions, and requests. The only issue was a miscommunication with an extended stay request, which required multiple follow-ups and temporarily deactivated our room keys. Amenities were excellent, including two restaurants with great views, a high-quality gym, and a standout spa experience. The three-hour couples massage was a highlight, even for someone who typically doesn’t enjoy massages. The beach was quiet and nearly empty, though slightly rocky, adding to the feeling of having the resort to yourself. At around $4,500 for five nights, it offers strong value for the level of design, service, and privacy. Despite minor wear in some areas, this was easily one of the best and most memorable resort stays we’ve had, and we would absolutely return."

"Gym had basic equipment, bench press, weights, treadmill, yoga mat and a few more things. There’s two bathrooms, single rooms with its own shower, toilet and a lot of space to be able to get dressed comfortably. The rooms were spacious, clean, housekeeping came everyday. When I forgot to take down the do not disturb sigh they came back later to check on us again. They also give turn down service every night. A pool cleaner comes by and maintains the pool. Buggy drivers are so fast to show up, and are always friendly. There is a hotel car to take you to Kamala beach a few times within the day. The resort itself is so beautiful. The attention to detail within the greenery, the shrubs, the flowers, all tended to with love. There is a quiet and calm beauty within the stone pathways, and warmth of traditional wood that feels so welcoming. What makes the place so spectacular is every single person that is at the resort. Staff was so attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Sharing stories, experiences, check-ins to make sure we were okay, or ever needed help throughout our stay. Everyday feels like they go over and beyond. It was my first time staying here, and it will absolutely not be my last. I highly recommend."
