They did their best, and provided excellent service, for instance because they were doing construction I didn’t have any hot water in our room, so I told them and they changed our room to a newly renovated one that was really nice of them. So to me that goes a long way towards me returning to them again with my family.great job guys!!!

Very nice property. But we stayed in the opal and it was extremely far from the main entrance considering we had luggage. There was no microwave for us to warm up any leftover food that we came back from dining out. We stayed in a queen double room. Bathroom was small (shower area).
But overall it was nice. We went to the Kassi restaurant and it was R&b night. It was nuce

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Plenty usb/electrical outlets available. Plan on walking in a half a mile to get from the self-parking garage /valet parking to the front desk. :-/.

The casino smoke smell was awful compared to other casinos. Better HVAC filtration is definitely needed.
Our room was not clean when we arrived, we had to call housekeeping at 10:30p to get the room cleaned. Although housekeeping was fast and friendly, the fact that we had to call at all was disappointing and gross
