Good Huambo Hotel

Hotel manager was very helpful. We had to change our reservations due to contacting Covid and it was not great with Hotels.com talking to the hotel, but our local associates managed to change the reservations without penalty and then we had our returning flight cancelled, so needed to add another day. Management was helpful.

Poor stay

The stay was pretty bad, very poor wifi and mostly no wifi, terrible beds, uncomfortable, pillows are a joke, bathroom needs lot of maintenance, this hotel does not deserve to be 4 stara for sure, i do not understand how they got it in the first place. It is a 2 stars hotel for sure. I overpaid for something that was not worth it. i had to cut my trip short and checked out a day earlier and requested for a refund, they said they will get back to me however they still did not message me (it has been 2 days already).
