The hotel is very good in all ways. The service is outstanding and the cleanliness is par excellence. The staff is very respectfully helpful. Will always stay here when in Hubballi

Competent Hotel, But service lets it down

The hotel could have been great if it behaved like a class hotel. Food is good, an so are the rooms. I ordered dinner from room service. The dish was the hotel's interpretation of chicken stroganoff. I requested for a side of some steamed veggies, The hotel served up decent stroganoff along with three baton of beans, a tiny mushroom cut into two, three small pices of carrot and two small florets of broccoli. The bill was given when I had finished food and I was shocked to see Rs 200 +++ for the measly vegetables along with the main dish's Rs 425 +++, at 8 pm. I called up soom service and asked them on what basis had they charged me such an amount for such few veggies. They said they will revert, which they did when they sent the bill back unchanged at 9 pm with the same amount of veggies repeated. I didn't feel like calling them again to ask them why I would want to eat these vegetables one hour after finishing dinner, and paid up for the vegetables.

Good Access, Large Room & Great Service

Good access to the Industrial Area of Hubli My stay was comfortable. My Room (#601) was large and spacious. The Room could do with a Wall Clock. Room Service arrived promptly. Lobby and Common Areas on the floors can surely do without the strong smell of Incense Sticks. There are better ways to make these areas smell aromatic.

The stay was comfortable. We did not see any professionalism in the service. But persons were very courteous. The food quality was very very bad . We tried buffet dinner and was awful. Also service in the restaurant was very poor.

Good and priceworthy business hotel

We had a pleasant overnight stay at this hotel . It is quite new ,well located and easy to find while driving through Hubli . The fitness centre and spa are really very well equipped with all the latest gadgets . The food served in the Coffee Shop is also quite tasty and nice . Overall a pleasant stay !
