Smelly

If you like the smell of mothballs, You will love staying at this hotel. The bathroom was not that clean, I saw a 'hair from down there' on the wall, and it wasn't ours. We slept on top of the sheets The people were ver friendly and nice service. The laundry was cheap with fast service.

Good location, but exactly what you pay for.

Free fast wifi, friendly staff, great location, decent hot water, and good AC. But coarse towels, tiny bars of soap, lousy furniture, no amenities.

コストパホーマンスの最高に高いホテルだと思います。 私の場合、シングルルームを予約していましたが、大変清潔なファミリールームを提供してもらいました。 ただ、シャンプーのみありませんでしたが、立地条件も良く、ホテルの周辺に長距離バス発着所および現地ツアー会社、 大型マーケットなどすべて徒歩圏内にあります。 また、ホテルの方も大変親切で、チェックアウト時間を遅らせていただいたりと、好感の持てる対応をしていただき、フエに滞在機会があれば、また利用したいと思うホテルです。

Good location n Service

A well located family -run budget hotel with reasonable rate in Hue. The hotel receptionist "Anh" was helpful - she helped to carry up my luggage* ((* I am in my mid 60's.) to our room on the 4th floor as the hotel has no lift and responded promptly to our request for an additional piece of soap. A lot of restaurants and cafes and shops are located nearby. There are two computers for the use of hotel guests(FOC). YH Lee, Singapore.

Very Unhelpful Staff!

The hotel is basic but room was clean and confortable. However the hotel advertises Wifi but the internet does not work in any of the rooms! The receptionist told us we could have breakfast anytime before 12, but when we asked for breakfast at 11am they then told us they stop serving breakfast at 10am. We then booked a nightbus to our next destination via the hotel, the bus was picking us up at 5pm but we had to check out at 12pm, we then asked if we could have a room until 5pm and pay half of the fee which has never been an issue in any other hotel. They out rightly refused to offer us any kind of room or even a shower that is needed before a 14hour bus journey. She kept saying the rooms were fully booked, when there was not one other customer arrived throughout our stay. There is also a curfew of 11pm, if you are going to be back later than this you need to call the hotel and let them know, which is a ridiculous rule as the bars and restaurants are open until 2am and you also may not have a vietnamese Sim to call the hotel.Overall bad customer service resulting in a very unsatisfying stay!

I had and okay stay, but remember not to do bookings for trips at the hotel. And if you rend a bike, tjek it before you go for a spin!
